#AskTheExpert please guide about proper nutrition for 2 year old boy and girl as my son and daughter wants to eat on their own and don't want me to feed them. half of the time they eat some and waste some. in this case how can we manage nutrition.

A. Hi mom By two years of age the weight should be anywhere between 10-12 kgs. If ur kids are active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc. If ur kids are gaining weight, active and playful, taking proper sleep then that means ur kids are taking sufficient nutrition
