ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello! Keep your son hydrated specially in summers. Give him minty lemonade, fruit milkshakes and smoothies add soaked sabja seeds to these beverages. Give him fibrous and high water content foods like cucumber, carrot, radish, beetroot etc. make colorful salad, raita, add these veggies to upma or make tikkis. Also make recipes like paratha, cutlet, fritters using seasonal veggies and leafy greens. Make sure he eats at least 1 fruit everyday.
