Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children4 years agoA. it is absolutely fine if you have not received your periods yet after delivery sometimes due to breastfeeding it gets deleted but at the same time you should be careful and hair fall is also very common after delivery and it happens generally due to weakness and hormonal changes so so you should take healthy food proper rest and use herbal products for hair cleaning
