as you are feeling pain during breastfeeding ,it should be caused by cracked or sore nipples.
so ,I advise to apply nipcare cream on your breasts.
you may use try different feeding positions,make sure your child latches properly.
because some times improper latching can cause such problem.
you can use any good brand of nipple shield or protector for this.
Like Babyhug or Phillips Avent brand nipple shield or protector.
both are equally good and help to provide relief in sore and cracked nipples.
