AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom This is the due to the blocked tear duct. Apply light pressure with ur fingers on the side of ur baby nose, go down from top to bottom towards the nostril. If does not improve in few weeks then consult with ur doctor for the same. Take care
