#AskTheExpert on April 20 my baby weight was 5.19 kgs and 51 cms height. on July 20 weight is 6.56 kgs and 66 cms height. is this normal as he has gained only around 1.3 kgs in 3 months. he is 7 months old now. also please suggest food schedule and also I need to resume office by next month

For Two months weight gain I am going to say it’s fine but for three months it’s less or it should be at least 1500 g on the lighter side and also if you to join office you should start working on the semisolid appetite for your child when you can start giving a porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable purees vegetable soup all kind of vegetable fruits you can also give to the child
