#AskTheExpert now am 35 weeks pregnant mam....2nd baby.. 1st c section...I have lots of pain in hip and leg it's normal. how to reduce pain

A. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective also once check for DVT

A. Side leg raise Take 3 seconds to lift your left leg 6 to 12 inches out to the side. ... Take 3 seconds to lower your leg back to the starting position. Repeat with your left leg. Alternate legs, until you have repeated the exercise 8 to 15 times with each leg. Rest, then do another set of 8 to 15 alternating repetitions.
