Give him whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, butter, cheese, homemade paneer and yoghurt. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give bananas, avocados and pears. Give moong Dal and masoor Dal. Give plain almonds, walnuts and cashew nuts to chew. Give almond milk. Give one boiled egg per day.

While society may send a message that your lil' nugget has to have rolls of baby fat to be healthy, this isn't really true. As long as they're meeting developmental milestones, are alert and active, and are feeding well, you likely don't need to worry.
