#AskTheExpert not gained weight my baby how to increase weight

A. feed well weight gain,  Urine frequency 10 times a day minimum. content baby, sleeping well  .are all indicative of adequate milk supply or feeding. also more you feed ,more the supply. keep yourself hydrated., Have nutritious diet.

A. Hi dear Try to feed for longer duration. 15-20 mins each breast. This way baby will get balanced foremilk and hind milk. Foremilk comes in the beginning for 5-10 mins then comes the hind milk which is rich in fats and can help baby gain weight. So always empty a breast each
