A. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables. offer more liquid and fruits for adequate hydration. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly

Add all the necessary spices to the food give it proper flavour because sometimes Paras don’t add anything to the food salt Nu spice is nothing else all the food is quite basis for a child as well which is much important that you do every thing in terms of spices to the childWrite Your Answer Here
