#AskTheExpert new born 20 days old baby.. can we give gripe water and urai marunthu for her.. parents are forced to give those things.. pls suggest from when can we give those things to baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, you should not give gripe water to your baby. these are unnecessary and dangerous. they can cause infection to your baby. some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
