A. Hello For healthy weight gain, add nutritive caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts, cashews dates, banana chickoo, peanuts, til seeds, coconut, egg paneer, fish, pulses, soya chunks, lassi , to kids diet. Make sure to avoid Biscuits, waffers, chips, burgers, sugary drinks
