#asktheexpert my weight is 74kg ..I want to reduce. I go for evening walk for 1hour daily.after baby it is 74kg not less or not gain.plz suggest me what should I do

A. Hello mom You should start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga every morning at least for 40 minutes. Rather than this you should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and proteins in your regular diet plan it will also help you to lose weight fast.
