#asktheexpert my tummy is still have over wait after delivering baby..my baby is 3y 5 months. what should I do ...any food suggestions or exercise suggestions for put off the weight?

A. Dear mum, you should begin to exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes. Begin with exercise like brisk walk, yoga, cycling. Eat mindfully. Avoid processed and packaged foods, junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
