#AskTheExpert My supply for breast milk has been stopped totally. Want to breast feed my baby again. Right now complete ly on formula. I tried Tab domstal for 10 days with some methods. it did not work . can I take lactare tablets will it help. please suggest.

Hi parent I would suggest you to consult ayurvedic physician Take leptadene course (which is ayurvedic) Take sunbath daily w Don't.use RO water as it's demineralized Use Simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
