#AskTheExpert my suger level is 146 in pregnancy so is suger level high or normal ? and my baby position is head down to kya gestational diabetes me mera normal delivery hone ke chances hai and mujhe cervix me kuch chuban as bhi mehsus hota hai

A. Hello dear What were these values? Random,fasting sugars or post prandial values? Depending on the type of test we can say and also how the pregnancy progresses we can say if cesarean is needed or not

A. mam main ye kehna chah rahi hu main abhi 38 weeks pregnant hu and pregnancy me mujhe daibaties hua hai and mera suger level fasting 96 hai or after meal two hours 150 tak suger level aata hai to kya ye normal hai aisse mere baby per koi effect ya kisi tarah ka koi hurm to nhi hoga and maine 3 dec ko ultrasound karwaya or reports me sab normal hai but baby ke nack me one code garbhnal hai and baby ki FHR 138 hai and baby ka weight 2196 kg hai and baby position head down hai jab baby movement krta hai tab tab mujhe vegina me chubhan ya fir kuch hilta hua sa feel hota hai to kya aise situation me type 2 daibaties hone ki wajah se c section hi hoga ya normal delivery bhi possible hai
