#AskTheExpert My son will complete 6 months on 23rd of April.He is completely on the formula feed diet. Can I start givong him one spoon of water after every feed. please do let me know. The weather is changing so a biy worried as it is too hoy now.

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, yes you can give water once you start solids. Start with two or three tablespoons of home made cerelac to start with and based on the tolerance gradually increase the quantity
