#AskTheExpert My son who is a 75 days baby is pooping once in 4 days that too with lot of strain, is it normal? If not what can we do to rectify this?

A. hi first thing , please make sure your child get enough milk. give plenty of breastfeeds. as you are lactating mother,eat easy to digest food. give massage to your child regularly give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands. move your child legs in cycling motions I would suggest to use Babyhug massage oil for this.
