#AskTheExpert My son who is 7 months old is passing urine only 2 to 3 times in a day from last 3 days... may be due to sunny weather... what should i include in his meal to overcome this... can i give him coconut water to make him hydrate..

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. urine output throughout the day should be minimum 7 to 8 times and you should give coconut water vegetable soup fresh fruit juices water breastfeeds to keep him well hydrated
