Q.

#asktheexpert my son throws a lot of tantrums and become so stubborn. Doesn't follow any instruction at all and wants to watch TV and phone all the time. Has not developed any interest in writing. I feel so depressed and stressed about it. Please suggest some strategies to follow.

A. You have to completely switch off mobile timing for the child and TV also you can give a limit maybe two hours in the day that too in a gap or a break actually is a very bad addiction and it can lead to various problems to our child including this stubborn behaviour and being crying being cranky hitting others so you have to put a stop to it by involving your child to other physical activities
