A. Dear mum, weight of 7.7 kg is absolutely normal for your 9 months old child. Baby should triple the birth weight by 1 year and your baby is close to achieve it. Do not go by baby’s appearance. If baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good weight. For healthy weight gain give a balanced diet having variety of food groups.
