A. hi mom you should seek doctors advise and give iron supplements or multivitamins in good give good proteins as globin part is proteins give curd rice mix vegetables dal khichdi with ghee egg or chicken or paneer rice variety of vegetables and fresh fruits

A. Give the iron supplement or multi vitamins prescribed by your pediatrician. In addition to that try to include iron rich vegetables and iron fortified foods like sweet potato, ragi, oats, beetroot, peas etc., you can give eggs, fish, all greens, lentils, soya beans, dry fruits, jaggery, tofu etc., always follow ur doctors advice as haemoglobin levels has to be in good range for baby to gain immunity and fight infections. As long as the child is eating properly and is active and healthy you need not worry much about the weight.
