#AskTheExpert my son's eyesight is weak he is having Specticals of -0. 75 in both the eyes could it be improved?

Its Really very minor number so if your child is going to use specs most of the times hopefully the number is going to be constant in sometime in it is not going to increase also try to give more of almonds and walnuts to the child and good amount of proteins and fibre should be a part of your child’s daily diet but I cannot assure you whether the number is not going to increase or not I’m just trying to help you with a better diet plan
