Sir If your baby is eyesight is week you should consult an eye doctor get the specs done for your child and make sure that your child is wearing the spectacles all the time because by the age of 18 months if the number becomes stagnant it is neither increasing or decreasing then you can get the eyes operated but as of now it would be important to get the spectacles done as soon as you can
