Q.
#AskTheExpert My son of 15days old, is having gas issues and perhaps colics. I don't have sufficient milk to breast feed, so alternative I give him Nan excella pro. I give both breast feeding as well as formula. could you suggest any better composition of formula milk which won't cause gas issues.

practise tummy time regularly.
apply hing paste around navel do tummy Massage in clockwise direction with cyclic or folding exercise of legs.
