#AskTheExpert my son not eating food properly, if I forcefully feed him, he ate little bit and otherwise he not what should I do

A. hi you need to stop force feeding. it can create more food aversion. instead of it ,give small and frequent meal. encourage your child by giving food in different forms like liquid ,soft , crunchy, stewed, lumpy, mashed etc
