AbhaFather of 2 children4 years agoA. today's time this is the basic problem with kids ..n parents became worried ,I have also 3.5 year daughter ..she also eat less ..I give her number of variety within 1 to hours..like u can give him salad 🥗 in one time before meal ..keep some laddu by handmade.

Feed him anything healthy like fruits, juices or boiled pulses like chana or moong etc. Eating healthy matters. Try to identify the type of food he wants to eat. It takes lot of patience to feed, but we can't let the baby remain hungry.

try to develop the food interest..
have meal together
add variety and creativity to plate.
give natural appetizer as coconut water ajwain water jeera water..
start with vitamin supplements as Zincovit or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatric..
