#AskTheExpert My son is too much over weight, i tested thirod but its normal, in this situation he was not to go outside , can u sir tell me proper foodchart for my baby in his age

A. To reduce weight of the baby, limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Feed fiber and protein rich diet like oats with nuts, beans, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, dry fruits, peas, soy, legumes, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk, coconut water, seasonal fruits, etc. including variety of fluids. Engage him in physical activities like jumping, running, climbing, cycling and swimming and restrict screen time.
