yes as per age your kid might be having his first permanent molar teeth.
consult with your pediatrician for regular health checkup of your child and treatment for soar throat and cough

See for all these issues I think you should just once cross check with your doctor because fever could be due to teeth that your child is having but all the other issues or not related to that so it is going to be good to ask your doctor for a proper course of medication for the childWrite Your Answer Here
