#AskTheExpert my son is straining to pass his stool and after he passes it is not hard also but he struggles to go holding it for long. I have given him deworming syrup 5 months back .

A. if there is constipation give plenty of liquids along with high fibre in the diet which is very important things to be avoided which causes constipacrtion like milk banana and maida then consult the doc
