Q.

#AskTheExpert My son is one month old. His nose is getting blocked mostly during the night and is crying as he is unable to take breathing. Using nasal drops and indirect steam inhalation. Could you please suggest home remedies. As of now we are using nasoclear drops and indirect steam inhalation. It's almost 2weeks and still the problem is not resolved

A. Nasal block or congestion is due to the common cold and flu mainly due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .

A. Dear mum definitely giving indirect this team is the best remedy that you must make use of other than this you may try keeping your child in little up the left position if he is not being able to sleep properly and take doctors help to treat the problem within
