#AskTheExpert My son is of 10 months,his legs are very dark in colour as compared to face and hands.plz suggest me lotion or cream for him

A. Hi mom Maintain hygiene Apply gram flour turmeric mixture daily Apply lotion cream twice daily Take a good care of your baby Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment It also depends on parents genes and environment factors

A. hi for this just take precautions like: dress your child in full sleeve clothes or full pants. give Massage to your child daily provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day keep your child in well vantileted room use any good brand like mamaearth momsco mothercare etc lotion . maintain good hygiene.
