Constipation very common at this age Change all bad food habits in babies It will help Give ur baby plenty of oral liquids, (Plain water, Fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits) Give fiber rich food items in diet. Green vegetable, beans, carrots,sweet potatos will work. Avoid to give maida products like biscuits and mainly bakery products Restrict milk intake to 400-500 ml per day Do tummy massage if possible Add some stool softner or laxatives if advised by pediatrician. sm

Hi parent You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time (don't wake her up though) Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Give her easy to digest food and don't force her to eat. Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
