#AskTheExpert Hello doctor my daughter is 4 years old. for last 2 years she was suffering from constipation. now she is fine but, her growth has been hampered. also she has less appetite. please suggest something.

A. yes at two years. Constipation or hard stools is quite common in baby age group and so know that as it requires dietary change. Give plenty of water to baby and also include high fibre diet items like suji , dalia etc green leafy vegetables and fruits in the baby diet.
