You should try and communicate more and more with your child if your child is understanding everything responding while making an eye contact responding to its name and following your simple commands then it’s not a problem just get some bored books Flat plastic toys like fruits vegetables and alphabets and play with those things and teach your child this your child would learn to speak better and learn better
