Then maybe a possibility of delay in the growth of the child in terms of understanding and responding these things are basically common to be seen when the kids have too much of screen time from an early age and sometimes it is there from the time of birth which is evident by the letter age please consult a child psychologist and start with homeopathic treatment if they confirm with what I am saying is right
