ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom family genes and an individual metabolism is also a point to be considered . So if the child is active for his age and able to eat well and is playful not to worry . Give her milkshakes made with fresh fruits, dry fruits and nuts , legumes , eggs , non veg if preferred
