As some children tend to have lean body type, they might take longer to gain weight. You can include fat and protein rich foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, banana, avocado, rice water, milkshakes with dry fruits, eggs, chicken, ghee, legumes and 500-660 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
