#AskTheExpert My son is not eating properly. he is not able to finish 1 roti hardly he plays a lot also he os doing swimming.

A. start some appetizers and iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child otherwise its better to visit your paediatrician once
