Q.

#AskTheExpert My son is not eating food in solid form. He is not cheweing rice. He always likes to eat in the form of gravy. we are keep the rice in mixer grinder and feeding him. please siggest me how to overcome this situation

A. Serve food when your child seems hungry, Give him or her soft food. To soften baby food by adding cream, or yoghurt or ghee, or milk. Serve them small portions while feeding, feed slowly. You may need to demonstrate chewing. don'tr force feed.

A. not eating the solid food restrict giving puree mashed grinded.. you can give some finger foods as steam potato sweet potato carrot bread sticks soya sticks.. give some cheeselings or murmure in plate as baby gets interest
