Q.

#AskTheExpert My son is in his 6th month now. He was exclusively breastfed until now. I have started semi solids like ragi sari and stewed apple from past 4 days. He is now passing slightly harder stool. Is it normal? Also, is it normal to see ragi particles in the poop?

A. Ragi Is not the first food to be introduced you should give it at least after 15 or 20 days later once you did you regular food to the child also I would like to tell you that water is very important when you start with semisolid food that only helps in regulating the digestive and the motion system of the child
