#AskTheExpert My Son is Having 102degree fever since morning, it's coming and going on and off , We are doing regular Wet Cloth on his forehead....What else can be done to reduce his fever

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose.
Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately.
Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed.
give plenty of fluids, to maintain hydration of body.
Give soft easy to digest diet.
maintain proper hygein.

If your baby is 3 to 6 months old and has a temperature up to 102 F (38.9 C) and seems sick or has a temperature higher than 102 F (38.9 C), contact your health care provider.
