#AskTheExpert My son is fallen from bed and his head hits the table corner (iron).. we did the first aid now the wound is better just want to ask you that is it require for tetanus.. he is 32 months old and his last vaccination was in 16 months .. Please advise is there any need of any injection as iron hits his head..

A. no nees for inj as such. Consult your family doctor or any doctor near by as no medicine should be given without examination . Treatment will be according to examination and do not take any medication by yourself .
