#asktheexpert my son is around 10.5Kg, ideally he should be more than 12kg but he is less than that, But he is healthy, how to improve his weight?

A. Hi dear You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are eheakthy
