#AskTheExpert My son is almost 4 years and his weight is around 12 kgs. He takes normal meals and milk twice and is very active. We have tried Pediasure along with other things but he is not putting on weight. Is there anything else we can do

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, have you given deworming medicine? Genetics could also be a reason. But if he is active and healthy then nothing to worry. How much quantity of food does he take? And instead of plain milk or proprietary drinks try fruit and nut milkshakes.
