#AskTheExpert My son is almost 16 months he us not gaining weight but is super active n eats properly. What could be the reason?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. give all that you cook for ur family. Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi chicken etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
