#AskTheExpert my son is age 17 months every 3 months suffering from fever and cold... and not eating food properly... mujhe kya karna chahiye sir

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. give adequate rest. maintain hygiene. handwashing is extremely important,. child might lose appetite, so give easy to digest foods in small portions. give fruits, sheera , kheer , add ghee to maintain calorie intake. if no iMprovement, or Vomitting with coughing , consult doctor . Loss of appetite happens in illness, try giving warm soups, runny khichdi, energy rich foods, give favourite foods

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is quite natural that small babies will be getting recurrent Fever cold and cough because of lesser immunity in small babies as the baby is growing in age it will be decreasing no need to worry
