Q.

#asktheexpert My son is a picky eater and he has autism features.. currently undergoing therapies. He is not tolerating milk. But eating lot of chocolates. How can I stop him from eating chocolates and how can start him with healthy diet?

A. Hello mom sweet and chocolates and Dairy products can be avoided for his better health.. so that’s fine .. avoid getting chocolates at home . Give him home made sweet instead such as jaggery or dates etc would be better but in limits instead of using dairy foods it’s always advisable to use plant based milk such as almond or soya milk etc
