is your child taking breastfeeding or formula feeds?
mam, if a child is taking breasfeeding ,it could be result of imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk.
so please feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well
make changes in your diet as it could be reaction to the food which you ate.
and if a child is formulafed baby then it is result of iron supplements of formula.
so no need to worry
but if a child passes green stool with mucus and foul smell then you should consult your pediatrician
