#AskTheExpert My son is 8 months old..I have started solids from when he was 6 months.He is 7.0 kgs and his birth weight was 3.22 kgs.Is this weight normal what should I feed him in solids so he can gain weight and how often should I breastfeed him?

A. Dear ma’am, you can breastfeed on demand and solids you can give three times a day. Dal khichdi, mashed rice with soup and sweet potato, boiled and mashed egg yolk, Multigrain porridge etc can be given
